Our first spotlight is Tim Brannon. Tim is not only a mortgage lender, but he is the founder and executive director of Nightingale Benefits.
Tim has been in the lending business for a very long time, and after a personal medical emergency he decided to devote the remainder of his life, and his career to giving back to those who saved his life! We asked Tim a few questions about his personal life and his career so we can get to know him better. If you already know Tim, you are already aware of his passion for Nightingale Benefits. His passion has turned in to a national program that is changing the lives of healthcare employees, first responders and active or veteran military every day through unmatched savings on one of the largest purchases someone can make during their lifetime.
First lets learn a little about the man!
“I am originally from Arizona, but I’ve lived in Denver for 45 years. I’ve been married to the same amazingly lovely and giving woman for 36 years. We have 3 great kids – a realtor, an architect, and our youngest is in nursing school. We share our home with a fantastic, well-mannered German Shepard named Brody, and a snarly, 18-year-old girl cat named Murphy. I love to ski, and kayak on flat water. Taking the dog to Washington Park keeps me happy. I’m a history nut and Denver has a lot to offer, so kicking around some of the older buildings in downtown Denver is always of great interest to me. I love my life. I love my family. And I love what I do.”
Tim is a licensed mortgage lender in Colorado but is proud to represent our program nationally. “I would love to work with anyone who needs a mortgage throughout the state. Also, as the Executive Director, I am involved in the expansion of our brand nationally, so I am thrilled to hear from any health care employee, veteran, or first responder. If they are in a different state I will connect them with an appropriate colleague.”
When it comes to working with Tim for a home loan, we asked him to put into his own words why he’s THE BEST choice. This is a hard question for people to answer, but we think his personality that shines through his answer will tell you all you need to know. 🙂
“I can speak just enough Spanish to get in trouble, though I was raised bilingual. Some people would consider me fun. I don’t know the mortgage industry better than anyone, BUT, I know how to get a deal done! I know a lot of smart people. If I’m not sure about something, I find out who is. Getting a mortgage to the closing table is a team sport, and you better be on a good team. I am. I also am fanatically loyal to my clients. I put their welfare ahead of my own.”
